Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music Plans 2 Exhibits to Mark Born to Run’s 50th Anniversary

The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music will be curating two exhibits to mark the 50th anniversary of the landmark album Born to Run.

One, opening in late August in Long Branch, is a collaboration with the city and explores Bruce Springsteen’s ties to the town where he wrote Born to Run from birth to the present.

A new exhibit celebrating the photography of Eric Meola, whose iconic photo of Springsteen and saxophonist Clarence Clemons graces the Born to Run album cover.  The free exhibit will be open to the public in Monmouth University’s Rechnitz Hall DiMattio Gallery from Friday, September 5 through December 18, 2025.
